The Leonidas Polk Chapter 4202 Association of the United States Army, established in Leesville, Louisiana 1963. Our chapter represents the Northern half of Louisiana area that includes all the Parishes From Interstate I-10 to the northern border. As an AUSA chapter, our focus is to support AUSA initiatives, represent our Active Army Guard & Reserve members, retirees, D.A. Civilians and their families, and to educate our communities of the importance of strong military. Our primary service programs include providing a voice on the national level for our region, and supporting soldiers and their families. To ensure we are able to support our service programs we annually host Golf Tournaments, Armadillo Stampede 5K run and other fundraisers through the year. To continue involvement and camaraderie within our organization we hold monthly meetings, three general membership meetings annually. Be the voice for all components of America’s Army, foster public support of the Army’s in national security, and provide professional education and informational programs.
The Association of the United States Army established in 1950 as a private non-profit organization that works to support all components of the United States Army, to include the Active, National Guard, and Reserve components.
